What an absolutely wild album cover, I did some research and came across the back story of it:
The album title Balance is a nod to the group’s turmoil at the time and the cover art was supposed to resemble that. It should show the inseparable duality of the human psyche between aggression and calmness. That’s how you interpret the conjoined twins on the seesaw.
